General Information
Venue
Belmont Oasis is located on the corner of Abernethy Road and Alexander Road in Belmont. It is not far from the Perth Domestic Airport and situated very close to the Belmont Shopping Centre Complex. The hall is big and well lit with plenty of seating.
As it is a large open hall it may be cold on the day of the show. We recommend you bring a jacket in case it is a cooler day.

The 2010 ACF National Show will be run as an Australian Open Championship style show. Judging will be bay style and follow the Australian Cat Federation Inc Rules and Regulations.
Show Format
The show will be an exciting five rings. There will be top ten style placings for the best exhibits in each group in each section of entires, kittens and desexed. All top place entire, kitten and desexed cats, best in group winners and supreme in ring winners will receive quality rosettes and/or trophies.

The Show Dinner will be held at the Bel Eyre Comfort Inn, Great Eastern Hwy, Belmont on Sunday 13th June at 7.30pm. The Dinner will be a buffet style with several dishes to choose from. There will be opportunities to meet fellow exhibitors and the judges. $60.00 per head. - Numbers are limited so please book early.

Accommodation Options - Cats Allowed
The Show Committee has negotiated some 'Cat Friendly' accommodation at a number of convenient locations. None of them usually allow pets in the room. However we have managed to convince them that cat show people are responsible and will respect this concession. Please be considerate and clean - do not spoil this privilege for everyone else.
Self Catering
It has been agreed that cats will NOT be allowed to roam freely in the rooms but will be contained in the bathroom area. The apartments are in the River precinct of Rivervale, 10 mins from the airport and the Burswood Casino. The Show venue is approximately 3km's away.

The motel offers a set meal for $30 each night Monday to Friday which can be ordered in reception. The motel is approximately 10km from the show venue and 2km away from the Westfield Carousal Shopping Centre.
Bookings
A $100 bond plus one nights accommodation fee will secure your booking. The $100 bond is non refundable if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the Show. A further $100 bond is required when you book in. The bond will be refunded once the room is inspected prior to the apartment being vacated.

The cheque needs to be made out to either: Angelo Lodge, Glenvale Lodge, Astralodge Motel, or Bentley Motor Inn for $100 plus the cost of one nights accommodation. The signed Accommodation Agreement must accompany your cheque before the accommodation will be secured for you.

Boarding
Cat Boarding for exhibitors who arrange alternative accommodation where cats are not accepted the following catteries are able to board your cats. The cats will be delivered to the Show venue each morning and picked up each afternoon. Please contact the catteries direct for bookings and costs.

Travelling with your cats
Please ensure you book your cats on your flight at the same time as you book your own seats. There are limited places for cats on each plane so you dont want to miss out.

We have received communication from AAE regarding having three cats on the plane when you travel for $50 per cat. It has been only two cats at $50 each for most states in the past but they have now agreed to allow feline association members to have three. You will need to show a mamber card for your association. If you have any problems in booking please contact Ellisa Millar from the AAE head office.
